Creating an account takes less than a minute. Download the Qor AI app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), then tap Sign Up. You can register with your email address or use Google Sign-In for quick access. After verifying your email, you're all set — no lengthy onboarding, no unnecessary personal information required. Your preferences are collected gradually as you use the app to build a personalized experience.

Qor AI is available as a native mobile app for iOS (iPhone & iPad, iOS 14+) and Android (Android 8.0+). The app is built with Flutter, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience on both platforms. We currently focus exclusively on mobile — all features live within the app. You can also learn about Qor AI at qorai.net, but the full product advisor experience requires the app.

Qor AI's AI is powered by Google Gemini and uses a curated database of verified product specifications and benchmark data. Comparisons are highly accurate for factual specifications. Recommendations are personalized based on your stated preferences, use case, and budget — they are thoughtful suggestions, not absolute certainties. AI Link Analysis is one of Qor AI's most powerful features. Paste a product URL from any e-commerce site — Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, eBay, and many more — and Qor AI's AI will:

• Compare it against similar products in our database

The AI chat assistant is your personal tech advisor. You can ask virtually anything about products and purchasing decisions:

The Compatibility Score (0–100) is a personalized metric that measures how well a product fits your specific needs — not just how good the product is in general. It factors in:

• Your stated use cases (gaming, creative work, photography, etc.)
• Your budget range and value-for-money expectations
• Your existing device ecosystem and software preferences
• Your performance and feature priorities

A score of 85+ indicates an excellent match. Scores below 50 suggest the product may not align well with your requirements. You can update your preferences anytime in Settings → My Profile.

Qor AI uses a combination of leading AI models to deliver fast, accurate, and insightful results. Our primary AI engine is Google Gemini, which powers product comparisons, link analysis, and conversational AI features. We also integrate DeepSeek models for specific analytical tasks. Product search is powered by Algolia for lightning-fast, typo-tolerant results across our entire product catalog. Our infrastructure is continuously updated to incorporate the latest AI advancements.

We collect only what's necessary to provide a great experience. This includes your account information (email, display name), your product preferences and settings, your comparison history to power personalized recommendations, and basic usage analytics to improve the app. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties — ever. Yes. Qor AI is designed with privacy as a core principle and complies with applicable data protection regulations. You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and export your data in a portable format. You can exercise these rights directly from the app (Settings → Privacy) or by emailing us at [email protected]. We respond to all data requests within 30 days. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in two ways:

• In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes all your data from our servers.
• Via email: Send an account deletion request to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 30 days.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data first if you want to keep a copy (Settings → Export My Data).

Your personal data is never used to train external AI models. Anonymized, aggregated usage patterns (such as which product categories are popular) may be used to improve Qor AI's internal recommendation algorithms. Your conversations with the AI assistant are processed by our AI providers to generate responses, but are not stored for model training purposes beyond what is covered in the respective providers' data policies. Qor AI is available on both major mobile platforms:

• iOS: Download from the App Store — compatible with iPhone and iPad running iOS 14 or later.
• Android: Download from Google Play Store — compatible with Android 8.0 and above.

Qor AI requires an internet connection for most core features, since AI comparisons and real-time product data rely on our servers. However, some data is cached locally for quick access:

• Recently viewed product comparisons are cached and viewable offline
• Your profile preferences and settings are stored locally on your device
• Product images are cached after first load for fast browsing

New AI comparisons, link analyses, and chat always require an active internet connection.

Yes! Premium users can export comparison results in multiple formats. Open any comparison result and tap the Share / Export button to export as a PDF summary or share a direct link. You can also export your full account data — all comparisons, preferences, and history — from Settings → Export My Data. This produces a complete JSON file of everything Qor AI has stored for your account, which you can keep for your own records.

You have full control over notifications. In the app, go to Settings → Notifications to customize what alerts you receive. Available notification types include:

• Price drop alerts for products you're tracking
• New product releases in your favorite categories
• App updates and new feature announcements
• Subscription renewal reminders

You can also manage all app notifications through your device's system settings at any time.
