Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Qor AI mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service ("Terms"), and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using Qor AI on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qor AI regarding your use of the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Qor AI is an AI-powered product advisory platform designed to help users make informed purchasing decisions. The Service includes the following core features:

• AI Product Comparison — Side-by-side analysis of tech products across 40+ categories including smartphones, laptops, GPUs, headphones, and more.
• Compatibility Score — A personalized 0–100 score that evaluates how well a product matches your stated preferences, use case, and budget.
• AI Link Analysis — Paste a product URL from any e-commerce site to receive an instant AI analysis, price evaluation, and comparison.
• AI Chat Assistant — A conversational AI advisor powered by Google Gemini for product questions, buying advice, and deeper analysis.
• Smart Recommendations — Personalized product suggestions based on your preferences and comparison history.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting active Premium subscribers.

Registration

To access most features of Qor AI, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a secure password, or by using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your Qor AI account
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Sign out of your account after use on shared devices

One Account Per User

Each individual may maintain only one Qor AI account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, access restrictions, or subscription requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

Qor AI offers two tiers of access:

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems, depending on your platform. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable platform to charge your payment method on file.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your device's app store subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Premium access until that date.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

Qor AI uses artificial intelligence to generate product comparisons, compatibility scores, recommendations, and chat responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Product specifications, prices, and availability can change rapidly.
• AI recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, or purchasing advice.
• You should independently verify important information before making significant purchasing decisions.
• Qor AI is not liable for any losses, damages, or disappointments arising from purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• AI models may occasionally produce errors, hallucinations, or outdated information, which is an inherent limitation of current AI technology.

We continually work to improve the accuracy and reliability of our AI features, but we cannot guarantee perfection. Use Qor AI as one tool among many in your purchasing research process.

You agree to use Qor AI only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or tools to access or extract data from the Service without written permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app or backend systems
• Circumventing usage limits through multiple accounts, VPNs, or any other technical means
• Uploading, transmitting, or sharing harmful, illegal, offensive, or infringing content through any Qor AI feature
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers
• Using the Service to collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Service or its outputs without written authorization
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or related systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without notice or refund.

Qor AI's Property

The Qor AI platform, including its name, logo, design, codebase, AI models, product database, algorithms, and all content produced by Qor AI (excluding user-provided inputs), is owned by or licensed to Qor AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of any data you provide to Qor AI, including your preferences, comparison history, and content you enter into the AI chat. By using the Service, you grant Qor AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.

Third-Party Content

Product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned within Qor AI belong to their respective owners. References to third-party products are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Qor AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, product information, or recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qor AI and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue resulting from purchasing decisions
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Costs of substitute products or services
• Any reliance on AI-generated recommendations or comparisons
• Service interruptions or technical failures

In no event shall Qor AI's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qor AI and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may also have rights under those local laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account through Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Qor AI

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the Service. In such cases:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Any Premium subscription will be cancelled without refund for violations of these Terms
• We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.
